The Location
This peaceful retreat is elevated on the gentle hillside of Wahgunyah Road in Nelson Bay. Take a short stroll down to 2 popular beaches. Dutchies Beach is only 600m from the house, a lovely picturesque bay with a shaded beach and calm waters, enjoy picnic and BBQ's in the reserve. From Dutchies, you can follow a scenic bridal path which hugs the coastline into Nelson Bay (approx 800m from Dutchies). Bagnalls Beach is the other local beach only 450m from the duplex, enjoy a walk along the beach or through the reserve, both reserves offer great children's playgrounds, BBQ and picnic facilities and public amenities. The township of Nelson Bay is just over 1km away and offers plenty of land and water based activities and entertainment, including many cafes, award-winning restaurants and boutique shops.
