Stylishly furnished throughout with unlimited Wi-fi and ceiling fans in all rooms to give you more comfort. The large fully equipped kitchen comes complete with every cooking facility you need and a dishwasher, a fantastic servery opens out onto the huge timber undercover deck where you can enjoy the best of alfresco dining and gas BBQ facilities whilst watching the children play in the enclosed yard.

Three bedrooms all with ceiling fans and the main bedroom also having an ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The second living area flows off the main bedroom giving you the luxury of having a private living area so you can sit back and relax.  The main bathroom has been renovated with a large walk in shower, vanity and toilet.

There is enough room to park a boat or multiple cars at the property (no garage available) and the convenience of having an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer is perfect.

As Shoalz is in a residential area, please abide by the no party policy that is in place and the noise restrictions.

Noise that can be heard in any habitable rooms of a neighbouring residence is restricted by the following:

Friday, Saturday or any day preceding a public holiday    midnight - 8am    
Any other day    10pm - 8am

Family and dog friendly!
We had a wonderful stay at Shoalz with our daughter and little dog. Perfect short walk to the beach, parks and fantastic food and coffee. We loved the house and had plenty of space to hang out and relax. We can’t wait to come back again one day!

overpriced
the property was spacious and pleasant, but not enough attention to detail detail eg the back gate did not close, so we could not let our dog out without a leash in case he wandered out - reported this to agent, but nothing was done. Have stayed in other property in Shoal Bay - much better value!
