The Croft, 11 Boulder Bay Rd - Cosy Beach House with Aircon & only 270m to the Beach

This two-bedroom, one level, beautifully furnished home has a large undercover deck area which is surrounded by gardens and a great BBQ area.  Two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and the main offering the second TV and access to the front deck area.

Two bathrooms are provided with the main being renovated with a freestanding bath, shower, toilet and vanity.  The second bathroom is in the laundry area which has a shower and toilet, washing machine and dryer for guests convenience. 

Lovely open plan lounge/ dining area with timber floorboards, air conditioning, large flatscreen TV, DVD player and stereo system.  Large sliding doors open out onto the front deck area which is perfect to relax in the hammock under the shade of the trees.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Kfee pod machine, family size fridge and complete cooking facilities, there is also another sitting area off the kitchen so you can sit back and read a book and take in the ambiance that surrounds you.

Great stay for two
We had a great stay for the two of us. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen, hammock out the front, and a walk to great coffee around the corner. Then a walk, bike ride to the whole of Shoal Bay.

Very nice property to stay.
Super clean, very comfortable, would be better with a few extras such as extra toilet paper...extra bin liners... washing up liquid. But a lovely house in a great location.

Had a lovely holiday. Enjoyed the property very much.
The location was awesome! Loved being next to the beach and a few local shops. Home was clean and tidy. The only downfall we had was the clothes dryer wasn’t working and keep overheating and turning off.

Comfy escape
We loved our stay at this pretty little beach shack. Two blocks back from the beach with generous kitchen, lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Could easily have stayed a week! Only thing that could have improved our stay was if some of the essentials were included (towels, sheets, salt and pepper etc). Would love to come again!
