Willows At The Bay, 111 Horace St - Large House with Aircon, WIFI and Boat Parking

Three bedrooms, large living areas, kitchen and main bathroom are all located downstairs which makes this very comfortable for any age group.  The lounge and dining area are tiled throughout and provides a split system air conditioner, ceiling fans, large wall mounted TV with Apple TV and free unlimited Wifi.  Fully equipped kitchen with a plumber fridge, dishwasher and gas cooktop.

Three bedrooms with carpet with two of the bedrooms having ceiling fans and built in robes, large main bathroom with a full-size bath, shower and vanity. The separate toilet is in the laundry area, the laundry also provides a washing machine and dryer for guests convenience.  

Upstairs is the main bedroom that has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, apple TV and DVD player, balcony access and ensuite.  There is also an open plan area that has been transformed into the fifth bedroom, it also has a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan and balcony access.

The large backyard is fully enclosed and perfect for family ball games, there is also a gas BBQ and loads of parking for two cars and a boat. All of this and located only a short drive or walk to Shoal Bay Beach, Fingal Bay Beach, famous Shoal Bay Country Club, cafes, restaurants, Shoal Bay boat ramp and that the Bay has to offer.
