It’s a motel with a great view. The rooms are not well maintained and they’re very basic but the view makes up for it.

The attitude of the surly man at check in , colored the perception of our stay. The man at check in made us want to abandon our reservation and go elsewhere. He was the most unpleasant being I believe we have come across in our travels, The property was clean, though the only place to hang any item of clothing was above the toilet. The location is excellent, it is the surly man at the front desk that made the stay such that we will never return to this property again .

This hotel is currently being remodeled. The best part is the beds. The beds are comfortable and bedding nicely done. For that reason plus the water view I would stay here again. The rest of the room was a little rough and unfinished. The floor wasn’t clean. The entryway door wasn’t sealed which made for a chilly night The quality of the remodel places this hotel at a 3 star. But again I would stay again.

I’m in a wheelchair first we were sent to another building via elevator nice room but had requested a king bed so down to the first floor where the was a handicap room I had requested one but we’re not available at that time so took it even with double beds The gas fire place did not work no flames, more annoying two of the blines over looking the water did not work at all! No veiw. Not the quality I expected or remembered

I liked everything about my stay. I arrived from California on a very dark and rainy night. The hostess was very thoughtful and efficient and the room itself was beautifully appointed overlooking Admiralty Inlet and Puget Sound. We stayed there 2 years ago. I’m not sure what happened but it’s really gone downhill The room was dirty and in poor condition The sliding door heading to the deck,I don’t think has been cleaned in years The track on the sliding glass door was disgusting.

Nice but not great.
Room was nice, balcony was nice to have, but chairs, glass deck etc. We filthy, wouldn't sit out there. The guy at the front desk was abrupt and came across as annoyed that we were there to check in.
