This hotel was a great location to see Porto. Parking is not convenient. You can’t even pull up front to drop off luggage without the taxi drivers getting upset with you. Breakfast was good, a nice variety to choose from.

A great location! The staff is just wonderful. After a really early departure from Amsterdam, we arrived at the hotel way earlier than the normal check-in time. I asked if there was any chance to get our room earlier and after a telephone call, we were told that we'd have the room in 20 minutes! Everyone was so kind and helpful. We only had breakfast there on one of the three days and it was fine and varied. Lovely hotel and staff, great location. We'd recommend.

Excellent hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and location is great. It was within a block from the river. I will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a great location. Walkable to many restaurants and right by the river. Staff at hotel very kind and helpful. Breakfast did not have a huge spread but what was available was delicious. Would stay again!

A very nice hotel very close to the river Douro and city attractions. Staff exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful with advice on what to see and do in Porto. Breakfast good and if you needed anything extra that was no problem. Our second floor room was overlooking the street and was very clean and well serviced. Highly recommended.

The rooms were simple bordering on minimalistic. One room had a broken lock so we got a different room which had a much worse location and view. The staff forgot to bring new room keys and promised. On the plus side, we were greeted with a glass of port of local pastries. The cafe on premises wasn’t impressive. Not a bad experience but wouldn’t stay there again.
