Helpful and friendly reception staff Very comfortable bed and great personal products -shampoo, soap etc. Noisy area, a bit clautrophobic with no view through windows, but manageable for a short stay

Great location for theatre district & restaurants. Recommended parking location is not close but there are trams to get closer if you can't walk. Room was small but clean & simple with basic amenities. Balcony was pointless & a completely enclosed mesh view of wall of another section of the hotel (like an alcove)

Fantastic property - always our go to for Melbourne, great value, easy check in process (electronic and before you arrive so just grab a key and go through). Staff are friendly and professional.

This was a good hotel to stay at, great value and decent comfort. The fixtures and fittings of the room werent the best of quality but they were modern and did the job. The hotel was located in the chinatown area in a fairly convienient location.

A hotel that has the dirtiest outside windows blocking any need for net curtains, a hotel that did not bother to reply to my online request and one that takes an additional credit card details for “incidentals” when there was actually no mini bar in the room. Curious, no? Only redeeming feature is the decent sheets on the bed. There are better hotels in Melbourne CBD.

Amazing hotel room n i liked the bed/pillows. Located at Russell st which is near to exhibition st with theathers nearby. I am using uber for airport transfer, cant comment for the users who opt for public transport options. It could be far from the southern cross station
