Highly recommend this charming hotel. Located close to park and the historic district. Beautiful rooftop terrace with view of Prague Castle. Amazing daily free breakfast spread. Very friendly staff especially Marcela from Reception who goes above and beyond to welcome guests. And clean, and beautiful guest rooms with historic charm.

Wonderful old world charm, cozy relaxed feel. Amazing rooftop terrace with complimentary afternoon tea. A wide range of tasty options in the breakfast room every morning. The staff tops the whole thing off always pleasant and helpful, if it’s offering directions on which tram to take , sights to see, or arranging car services.

I am a person, who likes modern hotels. Julian is not one of the, but I was left impressed: friendly and helpful staff (look for places to eat yourself though), has a private spa room (drinks, sauna, and hot tub), which is only 40€ for up to 3 people, if not 4, lovely terrace on the roof, where you can do anything. There is an ac in the room as well as nice bathtub. We asked for decorations for our anniversary, so for 10€ we got rose petals and candles, so it was very romantic. Good location because it is walkable, but we used trams (12€ or so for 72 hours per person, which covers funicular as well) and taxis that are all Škodas, no matter, if you choose economy or comfort. We had breakfast included, which consist of breads, croissants, and buns, cereal, yoghurts, meats, cheeses, sausages, eggs, cakes, etc. “Do not disturb” seemed to be taken seriously as cleaners do not come in, but you can still ask for your towels to be changed. If you have your flight in the afternoon or later, there is a storage room in a basement that consists of a shower, if needed. Luggage is stored safely because it is not just left there with other bags, there are actual boxes that have keys, so your items are secure. If there are no visitors, the hotel can be flexible with later checkout as well as spa (requires 1 hour for sauna to be heated up). Also, there are free drinks on arrival that you can enjoy in your bedroom, reception, or roof terrace. Overall, good hotel for good price

First I will start by what's good. 1. Staff, extremely helpful and polite. 2. Location. 3. Cleanliness. What's not good. 1. We stayed in toom 103. Nearly no wifi signal. They need to add another router on this side of the building. 2. AC didn't work when we first arrived. Front desk was able to get it started. Never really cooled enough the whole time we were there. We had 2 sleepless night because of this. 3. Asked for a thinner blanket as AC didn't work or a stand alone fan but we weren't provided that after front desk said they will see what they can do about it. 4. The shower is small and water can suddenly become too hot or too cold even if you don't move the knob. Having bath was a lottery adventure with water temperature.

Hotel was spotlessly clean and the room was perfect. I have stayed in many hotels throughout Europe and there is always something to complain about but staying here, i can see why the reviews are consistently positive. We had everything we would expect, including mini fridge, air con and the most comfortable bed! Didn't have to ask for more pillows. The breakfast was gorgeous and the staff are so attentive. Petr was very helpful advising us on how to utilise our limited time in the city and the welcome drink was much appreciated after a day of travelling. Will definitely be recommending!

I stayed here with two of my friends in a room that had a large double and a single bed. Absolutely fine, everything was clean and the facilities were good. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. The options included hot food including really nice scrambled eggs and bacon, along with cold items including meats, fruits, bread and pastries. I was worried about the location, however it was ideal as we were away from the heavy traffic tourist areas. Nearby there is a cat cafe, supermarkets , pharmacies and a Spanish tapas restaurant. I would consider staying here again, thank you!
