A nice hotel, conveniently located. I had a room which faced the swimming pool on the 3rd floor and this was nice and reasonably quiet.
Room facilities were good.
Breakfast was modest but had everything required including delicious freshly squeezed orange juice.
I shall definitely stay here again.

Practical and Clean
We needed something close to the airport. It’s a clean, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff. A little outdated but good, the neighborhood is a bit industrial.
A kettle in the room for a drink in the morning would have been nice

Ok for a night for business trip
The hotel is located in a business area and if you don't have a car you need to stay there. I had diner there, there is a diner menu for 15,5 with quite good quality food. The swimming pool is just opened from 5pm till 9pm and the best lounge chairs could be reserved to outisde visitors depending when you go. The maintenance of the hotel maybe after Covid-19 could be improved. The service at reception desk was ok.
We only stayed here because all hotels in Madrid were booked (soccer final) and we needed to be close to the airport to catch a flight the next day. The hotel is in the industrial area, but there are a couple of stores/cafés within walking distance (about 15 minutes), like El Corte Inglés and Hipercor. The room was okay, but two light bulbs were out, which made it very dark; the bathtub was rusty in a few places and you could see where they tried to patch it a bit; and there was hair in the sink from the previous guest. The hotel itself is nice, although it could use some updating. The drive to the airport was about 20 minutes (via the toll road), so that was convenient.
Stayed here whilst on business in Guadalajara after a recommendation from a colleague. Hotel is very spacious and clean . Outside pool is fantastic! I would stay here again
It was very pleasant and we could have a good rest after each evening of 3 days convention we had. For a 4 star hotel though it would be nice if they had coffee or tea facility plus pen and paper.
Location was not the best either.
Very nice hotel in quiet area, with easy access to other areas of the city. It's surrounded by large but clean and calm warehouses and business headquarters, but within walking distance to nightlife and restaurants. The hotel itself was well maintained though the outdoor pool was unavailable and needing repairs. The spa was nice and calming. The hotel would do well to have information in the rooms or given to arriving guests regarding there services as I wouldn't have known what was available if it hadn't been for the Expedia website.
