The stay was excellent! Our suite has a spectacular view of the lake and volcano. The room was clean and tidy, and the staffs are all very friendly. We requested the crib for our baby when we booked and it was there in the room when we checked in. The location is also excellent with walkable distance to beach, many very nice stores, restaurants and parks nearby. 5/5!

Very good location walking distance from amenities and right across lake with loveky view including volcanos. Staff friendly, helpful, flexible and professional. Rooms spacious, we had a balcony as well. Food at restaurant good value and bar great colcktails and barman. Breakfast could be improved same as hot pool. Hotel committed with environment

Very good location in the city centre with rooms overlooking the lake. Very kind staff. Nice restaurant. Good breakfast buffet. Very nice spa. It has been my second time in this hotel and I will come back

Had a lovely room at the Bellavista overlooking the lake and volcanos. Nice balcony for watching the sunsets. Everyone at the hotel was extremely polite, pleasant, and helpful. They ensured that I had everything I needed especially since my Spanish is so limited. Spent an afternoon at the jetted pool, sauna, and had a massage. My only complaint about the entire experience was that I would have liked the pool to be warmer. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Views and great rooms and wonderful staff.
Wonderful staff. Every single one. Super views and if lucky enough to have a clear sky the volcanoes are brilliant to see. Restaurant evening food excellent. Breakfast a bit boring after 9 days with scrambled egg every day. Pool not as big as I thought but water jets, a running machine and sauna makes up for it. Showers were luke warm and presumably not an eco thing because the towels were changed virtually every day which I do not agree with. Overall we were both very happy with our stay.

We just spent 5 nights at the Bellavista and it was outstanding! The location is absolutely perfect -- we were able to walk everywhere in town, and the staff was exceptional. From the front desk to bar/restaurant to housekeeping, all staff wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Our family of 4 stayed in the duplex and there was tons of room. The view from our rooms was beyond incredible, and the beds very comfortable. A special thanks to Carolina (bar/restaurant manager) and Carolina (front desk) for making our stay even more enjoyable!
