My son had to attend the RMH for day surgery. The Mercure North Melbourne was in convenient walking distance and was within our budget. The property our room and the staff were excellent. Thank You Mercure North Melbourne !

Very noisy room that was basic with a very hard bed, threadbare carpets in the hallways, this hotel needs a major upgrade. Despite it being close to where I needed to work, I would not stay there again.

All the staff were friendly and professional, always happy to help with any little thing. Very convenient location for access to lots of stuff around Melbourne, Vic Market, Lygon St eateries, Museum. Facilities a touch dated but all clean and functional. Would definitely return

Remote control for TV was a different brand to the TV so did not work, shower base was chipped and scratched and unhygienic, toilet seat came down on your back when sitting in the toilet, shower water temperature changed to hot and cold and hot again frequently during shower, fridge froze water and drinks (even though it was not in the freezer), lift was old and clunky and noisy. For the price paid this accommodation was terrible, old, outdated, and dirity.

Don’t stay here! Stayed her for 2 nights night one in room 203, rotten bathroom doo, Aircon blowing hot air, very badly Maintained room for $280 per night. Left first morning and advised of the issues, returned to no action, and after complaining moved to another room, which had water leaking down the wall in the bathroom dripping all night from apartment above. Left message with staff for management to call. Nothing… crickets!
