The courtyard area right below Cortez 1206 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.
As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palamas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed.
