The staff is friendly, but the hotel has declined over the last few years. The food options are limited; many things have been eliminated from the past. The upkeep of the hotel is drastically different from the early years. We decided that this would be our final trip.

Hotel is in excellent condition, very good staff, services etc. the hotel is located high on a hill, great view, quiet. Recommend renting a car if you want to be leaving the hotel.

This hotel is very nice and clean. It has beautiful views, it's relaxing. Staff is very, very helpful. Even though it is not located on the beach is still a great choice to stay. I highly recommend it.

Is great hotel the best I recommend for couples very clean , beautiful view and great service food is. Very good but dinner is expense and the only problem you need rental car other wise you have to pay for taxi every time

Beautiful views, excellent service. A lovely dinner at their restaurant overlooking the ocean. The food was delicious and well prepared. The waitstaff was exceptional. The room was immaculately clean (they upgraded me for free to a suite in the 6th floor with an incredible balcony). It is in the hills up above the town… a peaceful oasis. Very well run hotel.

Our room was nice. The staff is friendly. There are four pools at the hotel, but a day after our arrival the hotel starting ripping the tile off of the main pool and it is close to all but one of the other pools/jacuzzis. The sound of the drilling was unbearable and lasted all day. The food at the hotel wasn’t good. If you pay with cash be sure to take a photo of your paid receipt. I paid several charges with cash and they were still charged to the room. The spa was very nice and the gym on site is great. Our stay was disappointing, though, due to the pool work being done.
