The prominent city of Andorra la Vella is situated within reach of Py. You will find this busy centre 70 kilometres to the west.

Sahorre is located just 6 kilometres north. The journey over is easily justified by St-Michel-de-Cuixa Abbey alone.

Spend some time taking in ocean views at Cadaques Beach or Lloret de Mar Beach.

The splendour of Mother Nature can be found in many places around Py. Just 40 kilometres away, Gorges de Galamus is a great place to start. Gorges de la Fou sits 20 kilometres away and is another popular spot for some downtime.

Feel the icy wind in your hair as you snowboard down the slopes at Soldeu Ski Resort. If you haven't yet had your fill, check out the runs at Pal-Arinsal Ski Resort.

If you're contemplating travelling further afield, go 6 kilometres northeast to Casteil. It's here you'll find Office De Tourisme De Vernet-les-Bains and Grotte des Grandes Canalettes. We also recommend heading to Escaro, 8 kilometres to the northwest, for Gorges de Caranca and Chateau-Fort Liberia.

Feel like visiting Santuari de Nostra Senyora de Nuria, Vall de Nuria Ski Resort and Coma del Clot? Get moving to Queralbs, 19 kilometres to the southwest, and set up base. These sights, as well as Telecabina de Núria and Salt del Grill, are all close by.

There is no better way to get to know a place than to literally sink your teeth into it! You're invited to discover Pyrenees-Orientales by indulging in some of its best food and drink.
