An unique spot with a lovely rooftop for bringing your drinks and snacks in the evening and breakfast in the morning. The free hot drinks machine was really a lovely touch. The room was comfortable and quite modern. Through no fault of their own, MiPad is hard to access from the street. They are doing road construction all around the hotel! Once you find the entrance through the parking lot and walk up the covered dirt incline once, you know where it is. I did suggest a lit sign on the building facing the street towards the lake to guode us back in the night.

Do not stay here unless you are tech savvy. Everything is done via their app. We had to book this room due to a change in our travel plans so it was last minute. The bathroom/shower are glass enclosures, with motion censored lights and right next to the bed. He had to use the facilities in the middles of the night, light turned on as he approached and was extremely bright and disruptive. This is a great location and the hotel is nice. We just did not find the rooms comfortable and downloading the app was a pain.

Very modern and clean. Staff professional. Great location, bus stop 2 blocks away. Beverage machine drinks of very poor quality and doesn't fit with the rest of the hotel's quality image. Need a light near the sink for make up and shaving which can be stalled on the wall.

The hotel closes to main bus station for pickup. Convenient to tourist attractions. Staff are helpful and have an area for social gathering. The hotel offers free drinks on each floor which is very good for tourists. The only thing is the entrance of the hotel have road works and is very dusty.

World class in Queenstown
What a pleasant surprise! I lovethe clean, no-nonsense European style. The bed is a dream, as is the shower. Although not the greatest coffee, the complimentary coffee machine on each floor is nice, as is the filtered water dispenser. The room could use a full length mirror and mini-fridge.

The staff was super and the property clean and safe. The team let us stay an extra two hours after scheduled check out, which synced up nicely with our departure. There is construction outside the property right now, but I'm told that will end soon.

Great location, walking distance to local attractions, restaurants and retail. Mi-Pad ticked our boxes for a place to bag drop and go explore. The added extras for me... the roof top fireplace and amazing views, plus the GHD hair dryer! We will definitely be bacn again.

Propriety didn’t have microwaves or parking. Staff wasn’t very helpful. They couldn’t help me with anything I requested for. The internet works funny. Some apps on my phone wouldn’t work.
