Friendly helpful staff. Beautiful outdoor scenery and serene surroundings in November. Gorgeous walking trails right next to the property. Older motel and nothing fancy. Carpet needs replaced, smelled damp when we arrived. Hotel provided a fan and windows had vents to help clear the air. Enjoyed our time at beautiful Lake Quinault.

A throw back to the Poconos with little lakefront cabins, a mercantile and gift shop and a house puppy. The kindest folks at the desk both nights. And dinner, right across the windy and heavily forested street was one of the best I've ever had I especially appreciated the little lantern I found outside my door in case the power went out in the storm.

I love this kind of place. Yes, it could use some updating, but you wouldn't want to take away its charm. The location is beautiful.

The cabin was nice and cozy but there was no working Wi-Fi and out of the 4 TV channels available 2 worked once in a while. When we contacted the staff at the check in desk they said there is nothing they can do about it. I wish that was made clear in the property's amenities description.

Had a huge picture window with a fantastic view of Lake Quinalt. The Salmon House Restaurant across the street had wonderful food and sunset views of the lake. The salmon was perfect!

Great stay!
We had a great stay. It was only for one night and we arrived late, but the checkin was quick and easy. We were given great information about the area and also a menu for the restaurant across the road. Which I will say is delicious! The view is beautiful and the room was simple, but very clean! We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Terrific motel right next to Lake Quinault. Rooms are large and comfortable. Most are recently updated. Ian runs the motel and fabulous country store next door. Restaurant next door. Trailheads close by. Microwave and refrigerator. Need I say more?

The area is amazing and the views are breath taking. Cell phone reception is Very poor to no reception. Wifi in the hotel is very slow.

Excellent salmon at the restaurant, beautiful view,rustic setting,great hikes/ walks nearby. Only drawback was pullout sofa bed very soft mattress and not comfortable rest but the main bed was comfortable. Living room has great deck with gorgeous view.

Great hotel by the lake. The staff are excellent. The rooms are large and very comfortable. We also had a balcony from which we were able to enjoy a fabulous sunset over the lake.
