This hotel is showing its age, there was rust in the bathroom and the sofa had stains. The pool needs work. Staff were nice and beds were comfortable. Was told only 2 breakfast vouchers per room so just bbe aware of that.

Probably will be a nice place when it's done. But the sauna is broken, the electric car charger isn't connected, half the channels don't load and buffet doesn't have syrup. The pool liner hasn't settled yet, the casting shows is still under the old hotels name. There's only one person working the front desk at any time. We only for breakfast coupons for our first day so I tried to calm down and see about more but our room didn't have a phone. So they took my full price money but the hotel isn't really done yet

The room is very big and are sound proof so we were able to sleep peacefully. However, expedia advertised the spa but it turns out it doesn't exist anymore. We were looking forward to it.

Gave it a four because it’s very loud with kids running around in pool, restaurant. Every weekend during summer full of kids due to tournaments. Pool is lined vs tile watch last step going in dangerous, hot tub small but great fall on shoulders. Floors in room is flooring so bring slippers, big bathrooms and room.

We loved the quality check on the rooms and we were greeted with cookies or apple. My kids loved it along with the pool/hot tub. We will be back for the winter months in hockey season.

Breakfast was not included despite what ad said. Also price was higher and deposit higher than expected. Staff not always helpful. Breakfast we purchased was poor quality. Lack of towels in room too. Had to request wash cloths and more towels. Bed linens were dusty too.
