The attitude of the front desk staff Selina is extremely bad! We asked her “ is there hair dryer in the room?”. She answered “I don’t know”. Then we asked can she ask someone else if she doesn’t know. She threatened us that if we give her attitude, she would call the security.

Home base for Pyramid Lake
I used Western Village as homebase for a fishing trip to Pyramid Lake. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, price, and location to make it easy to get onto Pyramid Way. I would definitely stay there again!

Our room was clean and pleasant. It smelled ever so slightly funky, but considering it was a pet room, that's probably par for the course. The provided dog water and food dishes and tennis ball were charming. The surroundings were somewhat noisy. We could occasionally hear dogs barking, people walking around overhead, cars chirping in the parking lot, door slamming, etc. We appreciated the pet relief area, but it was kind of gross. A little grass would be greatly appreciated.

Nice lake view property. I travel to Reno area a few times a year and this place is the best bang for your buck. Not a bunch of frills, but always clean and friendly.
