This property was not what I’m used to as a Hilton property. Very ordinary, carpets needed refurbishing & while the beds were ok, they were not the usual Hilton beds.

My family and I stayed for a couple a days with our pets; pet friendly rooms need better up-keeping, the furniture is rundown and the walls and bathroom weren’t really clean. Had to clean the bathtub to give my toddler a bath. Over all not a bad experience, would stay here again if I had to. The staff is friendly and the area is convenient. Just not as clean as I expected the hotel to be with the 8 out of 10 it has online.

The property was close to nyc and so clean! The staff was so friendly and helpful and we wanted to give out a special shout out to Felix who works at the front desk. He made our stay so nice at the hotel!!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The bus to Port Authority stops right outside the hotel. Easy in and out to Manhattan. The American Dream mall is a short drive away. Riggs field Park has many restaurants nearby and the AMC theater is walking distance. The hotel is very nice. The only thing that I would like is breakfast included in the price of the room.

10 out of 10 for Felix on reception.
When I arrived, Felix in reception was very helpful when I first arrived and made me feel welcome. The room was excellent when I first arrived. Very clean and tidy. However, housekeeping never cleaned the room or made my bed each day. I had to ask them for coffee refills, cups and change of towels. Not sure if this was because I was staying over the weekend.
