I believe you need to be better in customer service which would include greeting customers especially in the transportation golf chart.

Very well kept older home. Extremely well decorated with all the amenities you could one. Just bring your clothes and toiletries. Princess is a Superb hostess and ensured we had a great time. Even my teenage grandsons put their electronics long enough to enjoy and that’s a feat. Thank you!

Mostly excellent. The room cleaning people weren’t very thorough but a small complaint. Everyone very nice.

My family stayed here April of 2025. We had the best experience and so far my favorite of all house rentals I've stayed at. The back yard makes you feel like you are in your own private world. The house was very clean and everything was provided. The community is also very safe and quiet. Princess was so communicative and extremely quick to respond. She answered all my questions clearly. When ever there was an issue it was taken care of immediately. I was also here for the island wide blackout and the property generator kicked on right away and saved us. I highly recommend this home away from home.

The property was wonderful, clean, quiet and beautiful. Our only complaint was a lack of restaurant options on property.

This property was just as described and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We even had a view of the ocean from the master bedroom and the patio. The pool and beach access were great. Nice, shallow and sandy beach where my kids had fun playing in the waves for hours! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Puerto Rico!
