Book Roches Grises hotels

Lovely location with views out over the river Orb. Right next to Cathedral. Close to several very pleasant restaurants. Very walkable to Hotel de Ville, tourist office, market hall, Carrefour, laundromat, Plateau des Poetes and Jardin de la Plantade parks, SNCF train station, transit hub at Place DeGaulle, and lots of shopping of all kinds.

Nice and welcoming staff, newish and clean hotel, including rooms. Very convenient if you are arriving with a car.

This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early.

It was very difficult and confusing to figure out how to get into the building. Although I had already paid through Expedia, I had to pay again. And there is a computer monitor that asks your name and reseveration number. The hotel's reseveration number and Expedia's reservation number are different and I was using Expedia's reservation number. At the end of a long day, you don't want to waste 30 minutes trying to figure out how to get in.

A complete clean hotel, has everything you need!

Very nice stay, third time at Zenitude Narbonne. Staff friendly and welcoming, spacious clean room, quiet even though facing main road, with convenient small kitchenette and good shower/toilet. We like the location, close to city centre and train station, next to bus stop for day trips, plenty of convenience stores and eating/drinking and ice cream places. Really like our stay at Zenitude Narbonne every summer.
