It was great. We loved everything about the place. The reception ladies on Saturday 01.02.2025 afternoon made my made. They were so amicable and both had great customer service . Will definetly come back.

The reception staff were extremely friendly and very welcoming. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Room was clean, couldn’t hear the neighbours. The pod coffee machine was really good. Easy parking.

The key collection worked well. We found the unit to be very bland - nothing on the walls and concrete. The bathroom was too large for the furnishings that were in there. There needs to be more fall on the floor between the shower and the toilet. The floor was cold at night. It just felt that a good refit would be worth the spend. The pool was very nice - it was disappointing about the accommodation.

Good: Convenient for a stay in Mornington. Large bedroom and bathroom. Having a coffee maker was good. Pleasant sitting area outside our bedroom. Bad: There was mould at the edges of the doorway leading to the outdoor sitting area. This Door too had cobwebs with spiders on it. Staff who dealt with us at reception were neither pleasant nor welcoming. Some Training would help them to create a better impression on guests.

We were there 5-6 days . Very convenient to Mornington eateries and shops. Lovely walk to the bay about 15 minutes . Staff were great. Room was a good size with a good size bathroom and outdoor area off the room with outdoor setting.
