The rooms and housekeeping staff were excellent- large, clean rooms and housekeeping was very good. Matt at the front desk was lovely. But the hotel seemed understaffed and the restaurant wasn’t great. Food was mediocre. Otherwise a good hotel for Mayo Clinic.

Nice hotel stay
The hotel was super clean and very comfortable. Staff was friendly during check-in. The area was quiet yet walkable to the downtown area. I highly recommend.

Nice hotel, no parking
The hotel is nice but it doesn't have parking lot to accommodate all of the guests. And they don't really make an effort to help with that gap. The room is great and the hotel otherwise is nice.

The Hotel was clean and in walking distance to hospital. The issues I had was handled by Jake. He helped take care of my parking issues so I could be at the hospital. I very much appreciated that.

A fantastic hotel to stay at
We loved our stay at the Even Hotel. We had trouble with the water in the shower and they attended to it right away. Our room was so quiet as was the hallway. So nice to sleep and relax. Love how they had water fillers at the end of each hall. Great location. They do need more parking, but it was a wonderful stay.
