I’ve stayed at this Even hotel multiple times and every time I am impressed by the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff. A great hotel at a fair price. Feels like I’m coming home even though we are generally here for medical issues. Nice to know everything is clean and staff will help with any questions or issues that come up.

Rhino stomping above us
Everything was pretty nice except for the people staying right above us. They stomped around for the first three nights of our stay. It started about 9:30pm and went to 3:00am ish. Now I understand the hotel can’t do anything about the people, but when The TV asks how your stay is going and you have you select a frown face and it tells you that the hotel will get back to you and they don’t that is bad.

The parking was full so we had to park on the street with meter parking (which was free until 8am in which you can get a ticket). The receptionist rudely indicated it wasn’t their fault for lack of parking and it was the city due to permits,building or whatever. I view this as their issue as it’s their hotel personally. When I did get to my room, a bandaid wrapper was left directly on the bed which made me feel it wasn’t cleaned correctly. Cancelled my upcoming reservation back to this hotel and went elsewhere.

I was surprised to arrive to the hotel that advertised “on-site parking” to be told that the parking lot was full and that I had to find street parking which was quite dark. It would be nice if you could light the sidewalk so it didn’t feel scary. I’m not familiar with the area so parking and walking at 10pm in the dark with nerve racking.
