Outdated hotel

The freezer was falling out of the refrigerator plus the refrigerator was missing a leg so you had to hold it to open the door. They provided 1 reg coffee, 1 decaf and 1 tea when my reservation was made for multiple people. I guess if you like an extra firm bed you would have enjoyed it but I probably would have gotten more sleep sleeping on the floor. They really need to update this hotel, it has no usb ports 1 outlet to be shared near the bed unless you want to unplug the lamps and alarm clock. Carpet in the hallways are starting to roll causing tripping hazards.

Room was super spacious, like it was absolutely ginormous. Not sure if we were upgraded or not but regardless, it was well worth the cost! Also had a nice balcony to get some fresh air. Close to Leavenworth, easy to travel to and from. Staff were super friendly and received our VIP perk (free breakfast for two) very easily. Breakfast spread was great, not outstanding but better than traditional continental breakfast. only small con is you can't take the food back to your room to eat but that didn't make a difference to us this time. There was a pool and hot tub outdoors which a family was using, but we didn't. Pet friendly hotel which is great for those travelling with their fur babies, and there was lots of grass areas for them to potty. Not sure if they fixed the carpet issues seen in other reviews but I didn't notice any unsafe carpets, however, it could use a refresh.

Great friends trip!

Room was perfect for 4 friends staying overnight during a girls weekend. Beds were comfortable, there was lots of space for all our luggage and shopping, and having 2 sink/vanity areas was great. Staff were friendly and helpful and there was a large and tasty selection for the complimentary breakfast. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Carlos was super helpful with my check in! I made a mistake in my reservation and he helped correct it. A big thanks for his customer service! The hotel overall is a good value for your money. The breakfast offered is great! I have stayed here multiple times and will likely return in the future.
