I stand in front of locked gate, no info, no phone number. Owner failed to inform me of closure and did not have alternate hotel arranged until I called with several expensive overseas roaming.
I don't care what the problem is, but is completely unacceptable to confirm a reservation on a closed property. Certainly not my problem, leaving me standing in cold for 45min without a quick solution does not show any customer care at all.
Eventually got a comparatively very bad motel, I paid for breakfast and got nothing.
Owner needs to make sure hotel shows closed on this reserv platform,
Sofar my worst experience with Hotels.com and Owners.
Cant recommend stay here, very expensive taxi transfers and noisy location. No schuttle.
