Nice hotel, small rooms, typical of Europe. Toiletries consisted of gel for shampoo/bodywash. Continental breakfast was croissant, coffee and juice - not spectacular, but adequate. Close to train station. The elevator was a little freaky, old, run on cables, you can see the pulley systems, fits 3 maximum or two with luggage- but it works

Great value for money.
A great room, value for money at the centre of Rome. 3 mins from Roma Termini. Reception is on the 5th floor but the rooms are on the 1st floor. There is a lift. If I was to stay again i would take a travel kettle as there wasn't tea/coffee making facilities in our room.

Great for overnight stay- close to railway station and great restaurants. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast not good- terrible coffee - juice and croissant- very basic

Well located and staff was cordial. But rooms are not good, looks old. Towels were not replaced and toiletries were minimal. Breakfast is included but to eat in the rooms.

The front desk staff was very helpful with transit and parking information. It was nice to have breakfast delivered to our room. It was very basic yet sufficient (juice, coffee & fresh croissants). Additional coffee was available all day for for 1 euro. The room was clean and comfortable, although I did not care for the flowery bedspread and wallpaper. I would prefer more simple and modern decor. The bus/train station is a 5 minute walk away and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby. Note that this hotel has no lobby but there is an elevator to take you to the 5th floor where all the rooms are located.

The hotel is close to Termini which is great for trains. We checked early and we received a takeawY breakfast. Nice touch. Room was small but suited our needs.

Mi amiga y no nos quedamos ahi 3 noches. Si buscas un lugar cómodo, limpio, seguro y con excelente ubicación, este es un lugar. Habitación perfecta solo para descansar, dormir y bañarse. Caminando llegas a la mayoría de los puntos de interés. Staff super lindos, te traen tu desayuno Italiano a tu recamara a la hora que lo requieras en punto. Muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

It was good for the price, very good location, the staff was super nice and helpful, we did not have hot water for two of the three days that we stayed because some pipe broke but it was not repair fast enough for us to have hot water. It is little odd that the admin is in a 5th floor and the hotel was on the first. The location is great, it is near the Terminali and plenty of restaurants and shopping. The tour bus stop is just two blocks away

I wish there was a barrier between the reception area and where the rooms begin. My room was one of the first down a hallway and I heard all the commotion when people checked in or out, especially in the morning. The room i had was good for one night stay if you're between transit. Bathroom was tiny.
