This is an apartment that provides breakfast. There is a B&B two doors over with the same number address, but with a "d" after the number. That B&B is not this property and they won't help you. You must go to the exact address on your confirmation and ring the outside intercom. Once inside, we were very pleased with everything. We had the "studio" which has its own bath. The room had A/C which was a life-saver because Rome was having a heat wave while we were there. The staff were very helpful with information for getting around Rome on public transportation. The apartment is not in the center of Rome, but it is very close and easily accessible by bus or light rail. The room was clean and the bed was new and firm. The breakfast room was a kitchen well stocked with coffee, cereals, milk, yogurt, toast and juices. Overall, a very good deal.
