Extremely helpful in helping us find transportation. Breakfast is above a normal continental breakfast. Staff are super friendly and there is a little amazing restaurant nearby.

Materassi da paura
Siamo arrivati alle 23.00. Receptionist molto gentile, pratiche veloci ma...arrivati in camera e controllati i materassi, vista la struttura vetusta che peraltro già sapevamo ma comunque sempre di un quattro stelle, siamo rimasti basiti. Materassi completamente macchiati da tutte le parti con macchie tendenti al marrone, insomma impossibile pensare di sdraiarsi li. Fatto presente questo, ci è stata cambiata la camera, ma ahimé ancora materassi sporchissimi. Nella terza finalmente li abbiamo trovati puliti. Il personale devo dire che si è messo tutto a disposizione in maniera più che gentile scusandosi. La colazione ricca ed abbondante che veniva costantemente controllata e riassortita frequentemente fino all'ultimo minuto. Non mi lamento della struttura vecchiotta ma del fatto che in un quattro stelle non è possibile trovare dei materassi e dei cuscini che andrebbero bene in una discarica.

C'è di meglio .......
Ho soggiornato per la prima volta in questo Hotel perché non ho trovato posto al solito albergo che frequento da oltre un anno. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente scarso. Per quanto riguarda qualche particolare basti pensare che sia nella mia camera che in quella prenotata dagli amici una luce capoletto non funzionava inoltre le lampada sono diverse, vecchio modello/risparmio energetico poi l'ascensore si è bloccato con ovvio timore degli ospiti, poi successivamente non funzionava. Bagno con doccia senza porta di contenimento .

Hotel pris pour une nuit après une arrivée en avion à Rome et un trajet vers Naples. Standing classique dans une zone industrielle. Entretien à améliorer sur les extérieurs. Dans l'ensemble prestation correcte et personnel très sympa. Pas loin de Cinnecita World

L'accoglienza e il personale davvero buoni. L'hotel, per la camera da noi vista, sembra essere un pochino trascurato negli arredamenti per essere un 4 stelle. Nel complesso siamo stati bene, ma un tocco di cura in più non avrebbe guastato. Si parcheggia agevolmente e la reception è aperta tutta la notte; abbiamo fatto il check in alle 22:00 ; ottima cosa ! Nel complesso è consigliato !

Hotel carino ma tenuto poco bene, la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare e il lavandino della camera necessita di manutenzione. La camera che abbiamo preso, presentata come una tripla, è molto piccola, con il terzo letto aggiunto non rimane spazio per muoversi. Il personale è molto disponibile e cordiale. Decisamente buona la colazione che offre un po' di tutto.

HOTEL OK
questa struttura trovata per caso su internet, è stata una piacevole sorpresa. L'albergo appare Old Style ma entrando la Hall è luminosa; il personale è stato gentile e sorridente, ci ha accolti molto bene; le camere sono datate ma nel complesso buone; la pulizia della camera era impeccabile e questo per noi è stato il punto più importante, subito seguito dall' ottima colazione, con molta scelta di dolce e salato oltre a tutto quello che di solito non trovi a casa!! Abbiamo anche cenato anche se un paio di portate che c' erano nel menù non erano disponibili ( però bisogna dire che era le 22)- quello che ci è stato servito era tutto molto buono. complimenti
