We loved staying at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety to choose from. The area where it is located doesn’t look that great and even though it is close to the metro station I wouldn’t walk over there (specially at night). We didn’t have a problem with that because we rented a vehicle for which they offer free parking. The room was good and clean, but the bathroom (especially the tub) needs an urgent facelift. We had dinner at the hotel which was good but a little expensive. Would definitely come back there.

The amenities at this hotel were great! Excellent pool, A/C, parking availability, and room quality/size. Breakfast quality/variety was well priced and great. Lunch/dinner menu was limited and not great. Location was difficult - too far from city, poor road conditions (many pot holes), unsafe area, not close to stores or mass transit, etc. I would stay here again for the amenities alone. The staff was very nice.

The property is surrounded by abandonded buildings which gives the impression to be unsafe. The restaurant staff are indifferent and unfriendly.

The staff were lovely and friendly, all facilities were decent. The breakfast and the pool was definitely the highlight of the hotel! Drinks and food rather expensive for saying there's nothing else close by to the hotel. They were more than happy for us to order takeaway to be delivered though and eat and drink our own things around the hotel. The biggest downfall is that there's not much in terms of shops or public transport close by, the train station is only a 10 minute walk away though but that's all. It would be amazing if there was a shuttle to take people into Rome to make it easier for families. Overall we are happy with our stay and would likely go again 😁

The only 2 down falls is its a bit out of the way from everything and would of been good if there was somewhere to do ur washing as the closest places is a minute drive away. Stuff were good, the room was nice and the pool was awesome.

What can I say? Bitterly disappointed and very upset about choosing this hotel for creating lifetime memories for my daughter and myself. The location of the Novotel is extremely inconvenient to the point where I actually ordered an Uber taxi to pick us up from the airport because we could not find, the way to the hotel it was that poorly managed. The signage from the train station was non-existent and in the searing heat with my teenage daughter I was forced to walk on a road with an inappropriate pathway with suitcases. The room itself was fine however the lack of vibe was apparent and staff for doing their best to create a good atmosphere with a 40-year-old DJ banging out tunes till God knows what time. We left on the first morning after being totally exhausted trying to get to this hotel. I want a refund if you want to see the sites of Rome without spending copious amounts of money, on taxis then do not stay at this hotel. I made the move and stayed in the heart of Rome and I’ve never looked back. What a waste of money on this hotel.
