The staff is excellent, very professional, and I loved the woman spoke English, and was so excellent in communication. The only downside is the way the property is shown in pictures and verbally called 'luxury rooms." The room we stayed in was very nice, but too small for a luxury room.

Scipioni is a wonderful street to stay on in the Prati neighborhood, which feels like a locals area but several sites you'll want to visit are nearby. We enjoyed the espresso bars and the restaurants that surrounded us. It was quiet and safe. Nestle, the gal at the front desk, was very nice and helpful. One suggestion: have small coffee makers in the room or a larger one that is in common area but is available early morning. Don't let the antique elevator freak you out, it works slowly but fine if you pay attention to it's quirks.

Was visiting my daughter who is studying abroad and she was literally down the block from here. Awesome view, everything was clean, quiet. And they have a ride to FCO if needed(xtra charge) totally worth it! Staff was nice too! Room is located on the 5th floor - elevator is there. Would definitely stay there again!

Staff was amazing, clean and very safe. There were so many places to shop and eat near by. Taxi and metro were an easy walk. The hotel only had 5 or 6 rooms in total. You could walk up the stairs to the fifth floor or take the coolest antique, but very safe elevator.

Nestle was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was in a perfect location to walk to transport, attractions restaurants and cafes. The beds were comfortable was very quiet at night. Would most definitely stay next time I’m in Rome.

The property staff were excellent and explained everything in detail With efficiency and courtesy. The room was so comfortable and they even went in and made sure the air conditioning was turned back on before I got home. Beautiful news facility. The neighborhood is also very, very nice and not overridden with tourists.

If you are coming to Rome and planning on visiting the Vatican, this is an amazing option! It’s located in the Prato neighborhood and very easy to walk to many places in Rome. The metro station is very close and there are many amazing shops and restaurants close by. We felt very safe in this area. The staff is very helpful and accommodating as well. The room itself was amazing for Italy - large space, comfortable bed, bigger bathroom (for Italy, we are Canadian so it’s a bit different there), fridge and window out to the street. It was perfect! It was very reasonable and we feel so lucky that we found this place! Thank you!!!
