River Palace Hotel, Rome
Stayed with a friend - had a courtyard junior suite. Very comfortable, but the only thing I would suggest is to put reflector strips on the edges of the stairs leading to bedroom. I missed the last step going down as the light switch was at the bottom of the stairs - not good. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again as it is close to everything and many good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were more that accommodating - Giorgio, Tiziano, Roman, Harold - they could not have been kinder. Wonderful experience. Grazie!

A lovely hotel to stay and embrace all that is Rome with the classical Roman deco. Located very centrally so within walking distance of all major attractions. Staff very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good with a good selection and cheaper than finding something elsewhere. Rooms very clean (cleaned and towels/ toiletries replaced each day). Perfect place to stay when visiting Rome, would stay here again.

This is our second time staying at the River Palace Hotel, and we really enjoyed it. The location is great, just minutes from Piazza del Popolo and Piazza de Spagna. It’s easy to get anywhere you need to go either walking, by taxi or metro. The customer service was phenomenal. The rooms are a little small, but that is not unusual in Rome. We highly recommend this hotel.

3 days in Rome at River Palace Hotel
River Palace was a great place to stay for our 3 days in Rome. The location was perfect, near shops and restaurants and a cab-ride away from major attractions. Our room was beautiful (even navigating the spiral staircase was fine). The front desk staff (sorry I didn’t get any names)was so welcoming and helpful and made us feel special. Simon, the bartender, was great. Breakfast was fresh, constantly replenished and delicious. They made us delicious cappuccinos on request. Would definitely recommend this property.

The hotel is beautiful, the attention to detail matched Rome, the rooms were clean, the staff was excellent, they were friendly and always available, the main downside was the air conditioner, we could not control the air in our room, we had to call downstairs to have it adjusted. I ended up having to go to the pharmacy I became ill. My nose was so stuffy I could not breathe. If you have allergies, I recommend you come loaded with meds. They spray a scent throughout the day and night. It was a pleasant smell but over bearing.
