Un accueil fantastique de la part de Beatrice. Situé à 15 minutes du Vatican, avec de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Attention cependant, le stationnement est pratiquement impossible à trouver. La chambre est petite mais propre, et équipée de tout le nécessaire, y compris un réfrigérateur.

The host's were very welcoming and gave amazing recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat, the area was walkable, very close to the vatican, the property was clean and great check in, you get exactly what you see in the photos. We were happy to stay here.

It’s a scam.
Booked and paid for 2 nights. It is a scam. There is no hotel. The first night we couldn’t check in, we had to pay an expensive hotel to sleep. The other day the owner called and yelled at me and my fiancé, he treated us very bad. We were just trying to get there to sleep the next night (already paid). And then he hanged the phone on us. We had to pay another night on another expensive night. With no refund. It is a total scam. My worst experience booking hotels.

Nice but small place. Service was great and very friendly. Place is very close to Vatican. Only thing, I left a very expensive item in the room, they didn't contact me to tell me. But as soon as I called, they told me I could pick it up. Thanks Carlo!!!

They went home on Christmas eve without solving my late check-in request, I spent Christmas eve in a car on the street with my wife and 3 kids trying to find alternate accommodations. It took me 3 hours with Expedia customer service (9pm - midnight) of which 1.5 hours on an international call to finally find mediocre accommodations, but it was midnight and we needed a place to sleep. Really horrible customer service from the Vatican Holiday staff and Expedia customer service.

We DON’T recommend staying here. Just before going to bed WE FOUND LICE IN OUR ROOM! Obviously it was no safe for us to stay there. Since there was no front desk our only choice was to vacay the room. When we contacted Carlos he refused to refund our money even though we didn’t spend the night there and had video and pictures as proof of our allegations. The customer service we got from him was as awful as finding lice in the room. Thankfully our evidence was enough to get an apology from Orbitz and our money back. Please do yourself a favor and STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

The description is exactly what it says it is. A comfortable small room with all the amenities needed. Carlo was kind and welcoming and helped us with all our needs. The shower is a little small but after staying in another hotel in northern Italy they are all pretty small. The breakfast is a crescent roll with coffee and juice (which was very good). Great location, a couple blocks from the Vatican and a couple blocks from the subway. Thanks again Carlo it was great.

good for a quick stop
charged us 15 euros for late check in at 21:00, room was extremely small. extra bed mattress a bit thin so metal bars felt through. main shower head unusable, had to use the auxiliary one. breakfast was coffee, tea, boxed juice and croissants ... unfortunately they were not fresh.. was in a good area, close to eateries and vatican. good for a quick stop, not best for extended stay.
