I really enjoyed the resort it was quiet when it needed to be and live and fun when it needed to be. The staff was great and very accommodating and the resort was very clean. I would recommend!

Enjoy our week, would have liked to have 2 chairs in the room so we could both sit at the table & play a game. Room was comfortable and cold a/c extreme appreciated LOL. Favorite stop along our walks was the coffee hut with the rum cream!

From the start it was not a good experience. When we arrived we were sat down and forgotten about. A large group that arrived after us was taken care of ahead of us which I believe caused us to have to wait longer for our room. I had to seek out an employee to help since we were seated and told we would be helped right away, which didn't happen. The staff (overall) was not as expected from reading all other reviews. They were not as friendly as described and made us feel like we were putting them out by even being there. Food selection was very limited. Not all restaurants were even open. We were not impressed by this resort and can't understand why so many people make it a repeat place to visit. The sunsets here were awesome but you can get awesome sunsets from just about any beach resort.

Everything was great. Rooms were clean! Staff were amazing. However....I wish more authentic Jamaican doodmwas served. We are there for the Jamaican culture experience. Also the plastic cups were not nice.morw Jamaican muaicw should be played from.mornjnf till night...keep the vacation vibe and energy alive! Otherwise everything was wonderful and I will be returning.

We were here for a long weekend with 7 couples for my husbands 50th. We had a great time.. staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Raymond was the best waiter ever and his son super nice and always smiling. The beach was excellent… resort is small but super convenient for a short trip..

The staff are superb, and the experience all around was very positive. They really could not have tried harder for their guests. To be picky, and I do mean very picky. The refrigerator that was fully stocked upon arrival, became hit and miss for the next 8 days. The property IS in good order, but it is not brand new, so do expect a blemish here and there. Due to being their quiet time of year, they would randomly decided to not open certain restaurants. This was our biggest "niggle" as there was no prewarning, and twice we had made plans with friends that we had met at the resort, and then had to search for them. Like I said though, a great vacation..just had to point out the very minor points.

I just loved the facilities. The restaurants and the food quality. The rooms and accommodations, multiple pools and beaches. The staff delivered excellent customer service, got to know us by name , and always delivered that service “from the heart” from the time they greeted us on the Lobby with cool lemongrass soaked washcloths until I checked out,I enjoyed every aspect of our stay, including the entertainment, the impeccable grounds and the resident cats. ♥️ We definitely will be returning to Jewel Paradise Cove Resort.
