Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Awful neighborhood. Hotel pool was dirty and small. Breakfast room crowded and unappealing. Bathroom towels were extremely old and ragged.

Apesar de uma boa localização, o atendimento foi muito razoável no primeiro dia. Ar condicionado não gelava e água quente não existe! Quanto a limpeza estava impecável, mas não havia toalhas de rostos e foram solicitados lençóis e não foram entregues.

A recepção embora prestativa fica muito confusa na troca de turno e demora em media 1h para liberar a acompanhante. O café da manhã delicioso, entretanto o lelê e o cuscuz são feitos com leite de côco de garrafa e o sabor nao fica agradável. O leite frio exposto ja estava azedo as 08:30 da manhã. Se a piscina abre as 10:00 a limpeza deve ser feita antes e nao às 10:10, inclusive faltando mesas e cadeiras para acomodações. No mais, excelente estadia e localização.

O primeiro quarto não tinha suporte para sabonete no banheiro, as cortinas só possuíam blecaute e o sol entrava muito forte pela manhã, cheiro de cigarro nos corredores e banheiro do quarto com cheiro horrível, a cama é péssima, literalmente com buracos, travesseiros ruins e NÃO TEM cobertas/endredons, simplesmente não tem. Fomos realocados de quarto, passamos seis dias (os piores da minha vida) e não trocaram as toalhas, papel higiênico tivemos que ir solicitar pois a camareira arrumava a cama e não repôs nada (nem sabonete) o cheiro do hotel realmente é muito ruim, café da manhã não é nada bacana, hotel fica perto do bairro rio vermelho mas não tem nada de barzinhos próximos, a praia em frente o hotel não é propícia para banho pois tem muitas ondas. Um dos atendentes nos tratou muito mal, na chegada passaram três famílias na nossa frente do atendimento.
