Very dirty hotel the staff who work in the hotel are not polite the hotel was robbed some rooms and taking all the customers belongings and when I went to talk to the receptionist about this matter she spoke to me if it happened to me that I had to look for a police station to make an occurrence and she couldn't do anything I'm disappointed with everything that happened there same hotel

The staff seemed friendly even though no one spoke English. The building was patched up all over but none of the patches were painted. The roof in my first room leaked by the bed and the leak in the second room given to me was over the toilet. The place just needs a good paint job and the leaks in the ceiling fixed. The breakfast was the same options every day but it was acceptable.

Awful neighborhood. Hotel pool was dirty and small. Breakfast room crowded and unappealing. Bathroom towels were extremely old and ragged.

Eu gostei bastante do local, quando eu vi as avaliações eu fiquei um pouco receoso, mas foi uma ótima surpresa, o quarto estava Limpo e as dependências do hotel tbm, o único problema foi os elevadores pq tinha momentos que ele parava no andar errado e teve um momento que ele emperrou e só parava em um único andar

Fiquei no 11° andar, muito barulhento a noite, os forros do teto de isopor mexendo a todo momento. Não tinha pano de chão no banheiro, não tem como entrar em contato com a recepção, pois tem o ramal mas n tem o telefone. O box da cama deveria ser coberto pois é bem sujo. O hotel tinha de tudo pra ser mais organizado pela localização, mas deixa um pouco a desejar.

O check-in era as 14hrs, cheguei as 15hrs e ainda esperei 40 mim para liberarem um quarto; O ar condicionado estava danificado, tive que colocar na temperatura minima e com o turbo ativo pra que o quarto ficasse confortável; As cortinas continha mofo e estavam quebradas, não deixando eu fechar por completo elas; Reservei uma cama de casal porém disponibilizaram duas camas de solteiro juntas e com uma delas quebrada oque fazia ter um desnível de uma cama para outra; O café da manhã era bom potem com poicas variedades, comparado principalmente pelos hoteis da região e da mesma rede;
