The valet staff was excellent. Chandler was so helpful! The front desk personal were not friendly. We were not greeted as we approached the desk even after a greeting was given to them. Information about the room rate/ valet service was not clear and further inquiries were required to get the needed information. One staff member was on her phone the entire time. Quite a disappointing experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We arrived on a Friday evening and felt the Valet access was convenient and easy to access. All staff from valet to check in were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant Domingo was extremely convenient with a wonderful atmosphere and delicious food. Our family loved the location and ease to surrounding areas. As far as our room goes, it was perfect for our family. Plenty of space and very clean. The industrial theme is very much our desired esthetic. Overall an excellent hotel, that is clean sleek and modern all while providing much warmth with its amenities.

We loved this hotel! Located right on the River Walk, with indoor/outdoor bars and dining that look right onto the river. Public areas and rooms were gorgeously decorated with local art and cool furnishings. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the front-desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful hotel near the River Walk... Just far enough away to be quiet but close enough to all the restaurants, bars and entertainment that you can walk. Loved it!

All in all our stay was good. Our room had a welcome basket for our anniversary along with Happy Anniversary spelled out on the desk. Very nice to walk into. The only complaint I have is the top corner of one of the beds platform where your head is was dirty. You have to see it when you tuck the sheets in while making the bed. They made our beds twice while staying and neither times was it cleaned!
