Love the room and great location. Staff was excellent the room was clean. The only downside was the ice machine was not working on multiple floors. Other than that would definitely stay here again.

The place is pretty nice though it gets kind of loud in the evening. The rooms feel rather soul less though so it’d be nice if they added something more to the space. The tv was pretty annoying, couldn’t cast my computer or iPad to it and there were limited options for things to watch so I ended up using my iPad instead.

This was our first time to San Antonio and we loved it! The Canopy is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Everything was so clean! We had a king bed/balcony on the 9th floor with a view of the river. Domingo was delicious. We were able to walk to everything. The Old Town Hop On Hop Off tour was fantastic and we used that as a bus once we took the full tour. River Walk is a wonderful experience!
