Restroom problems
we found a few strands of long hair on the restroom floor, and possible pubic hair in the shower. The sink was not draining properly so we called the front desk. When we returned later in the day, it was corrected.

I was charged a reservation for a king size bed and when we got there was given 2 doubles because they overbooked the weekend. No apologies was charged for the same amount and no compensation.

Conveniently located and close to many dining options. Advertised as a smoke free property but the first room i was given smelled like a carton of cigarettes. Staff quickly swapped me to another room but the bedding was dirty with visible stains. Also had signs of water damage throughout the room but nothing esle leaked. Parking spaces were an issue since they were either overbooked or just not enough spaces on the lot.

Staff was friendly and hotel was nice & clean. The room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff member kept everything stocked up & clean.
