Very central and near to all the sights. However, the walls are very thin and we could hear the TV in the next room late into the night. The street outside is also noisy late at night if you have your window open.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area of the city, and having the option of parking upon reservation (for €10 per night) is very useful. The reason why I have 4/5 is twofold: the nightstand in the room was about to fall off the wall, not in the best condition. And, the supposed €3.50 breakfast offered is apparently something that the hotel does not do.

Nice enough room but difficulty sleeping
Everything was fine - the room had a fridge, air conditioning, a comfortable chair, a closet, and a nice shower. The problem was my room was located above the desk area near the stairwell and there was lots of noise. I kept getting woken up and had difficulties sleeping - which is the most important thing to me. The hotel did have an excellent location.

Great value for money
Absolutely love Badajoz and this hotel for the money is perfect, it's location is second to non and their staff will help you with absolutely anything. This is the second time I've stayed here and I won't stay anywhere else.

Terrific spot in historic area!
Sweet little spot tucked into the historic section of Badajoz close to beautiful historic sites and architecture, as well as nice eating spots where locals readily accept visitors. Parking costs 10 Euros, but we found a free spot nearby where our car was unmolested. Breakfast was better than expected with drinks, yogurt, meats, breads, cheese, and oatmeal. Well worth the 3 Euro per person.

Excellent value basic hotel in central location.
This hotel is a surprisingly good, comfortable and clean but basic hotel. Don't be put off by the bare reception area. Rooms are functional. It is quiet and well situated for eating and bars. The staff were pleasant/helpful and we took up the the excellent value breakfast for E3.50 each, in the large well appointed 1st floor cafeteria. The garage is big, easy to negotiate and get in and out of from narrow streets.

Nice hotel on a narrow street in the older section of this totally Spanish speaking city and within walking distance of lots of neat areas and sites. Very quiet hotel with good meals in the hotel's restaurant.

O pior hotel do mundo.
Depois de ver o quarto e do terrível atendimento decidimos abandonar o hotel. Reservamos um quarto com cama de casal e deram-nos uma cama de corpo e meio e dois beliches. O hotel era sujo e descuidado. A apresentação era péssima e o mau estado do hotel era geral. A funcionária da recepção era arrogante e mal educada. Não havia um responsável do hotel para resolver qualquer tipo de situação. O parque do hotel era pago a um preço absurdamente caro e não tinha espaço para estacionar o carro em condições. Outros carros eram estacionados a bloquear vários veículos pelo que depois de estacionado o carro era necessário chamar outros hóspedes para desviarem os seus veículos. Acabamos por não ficar no hotel a pernoitar e o estabelecimento ainda não fez a devolução do montante pago. A pior experiência possível. Não fiquem neste hotel, fujam deste estabelecimento.

Muy buena situación
Un hotel muy bien situado para pasar una noche y visitar la ciudad, el personal de recepción no pudo ser mas serio, ni una sola sonrisa a la llegada ni a la salida, todo muy poco cercano... Ni un solo plano de la cuidad y muy pocas soluciones para la vista.
