Well deserved hidden gem
The staff prepared a card with handwritten wishes for our anniversary. Very kind little gift. The staff is outstanding in helping us on various travel topics. We have decided to extend our stay. The hotel rooms are all at higher than 20 floors with a wonderful view of Tokyo.

Really nice view. Staff is super nice and helpful. Many staff can speak English. Overall stay was wonderful. But there was a body odor stench in each room our party stayed in. The stench stayed in the room and will get worst if the AC is off. There was no way to get rid of the smell.

Nice Hotel, but not near much, more in a business district with limited dining options nearby. Common dining room was good as rooms were small so it makes a good place to relax with a coffee or eat some takeout.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and the scenery from the lobby looking out onto the city was amazing. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. They were able to help me check in a couple hours early because we had actually flew in at 3 am and check in was at 3 pm, which we were so thankful for. From baggages, transportation information, and many more, they were very helpful with it. You really won’t need to bring any items for daily care besides your skincare because the hotel is stocked with many amenities. The amenities were fabulous. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash quality were amazing. The beds were so comfy and we were provided robes to wear. The bedroom is fairly spacious and the view from our room was so beautiful. We were able to see the Tokyo Tower and see the city light up at night. The area is quiet and safe with convenient stores very close by. I loved the location so much. It was an easy walk to the station. Not only that, at night there is a place that is walkable where the night comes to life. There are streets full of places to eat and drink and very fun to explore. It’s a great spot to have a peaceful time and also experience the life at night. Very close to a lot of main places to see and eat. I cannot recommend staying at this place enough. I will definitely be coming back. The highlight of my stay was the convenience of the area and how helpful and kind the staff were. Made our stay a beautiful and comfortable one.

Found my new go to in Tokyo
Perfect location, lovely hotel, and it smelled so good! Great service. The only thing I’d change were the pillows. Incredibly hard, which I think is a cultural preference, but for a westerner I struggled with them. Loved the proximity to Ginza and the train station.

Don’t expect any Japanese hospitality, here not a great place for families. After visiting multiple hotels and air b&bs during our Japan trip. This hotel was underwhelming. Bathroom floor wasn’t the greatest. All this hotel has going for them is the view.
