Really enjoyed the onsen on the property. The room was impeccable and the amenities were a lovely touch. I particularly liked not having to rush to catch my early morning flight, and being able to have a leisurely walk to check in.

A fantastic stay at Portom International Hokkaido!
I recently stayed at Portom International Hokkaido and had an amazing experience! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from New Chitose Airport, making it perfect for me who had to catch an early flight. The room were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisted me with my luggages to the room. Overall, Portom I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I really mean it when I say this is the best hotel in the world and all who comes to Hokkaido must stay here for at least a night. The concierge were super helpful in bringing my 10 luggages up to the room. From the hotel facade to the rooms, they are luxurious and high class. Rooms are biggest I have stayed in Japan and everything is just spick speck clean. This hotel should be given a 6 stars. Accessible to shopping at the airport, comes with a superb onsen and dining options.

way beyond my expectation of an airport hotel. The decoration is modern, tastefully done. Room is spacy, comfortable, with a stunning view. Smart control of every room equiptment. We also used the gym and Onsen the hotel offers, which are also clean and pleasent. We only stayed for one night before heading back to US in the next morning. This hotel made me regret staying at Air BnBs for the other nights of our trip.
