Gem of a boutique/historic hotel in heart of Hanoi's old quarter. Comfy beds, beautiful historical accents in rooms, great buffet breakfast served daily. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, bars, spas. Staff are wonderful. They will help you with just about anything you need. Balconies look out over cafes by day, fun to watch, but it turns into beer street at night, like a frat party. Very loud with karaoke all night. Rooms have earplugs to help drown out the nightly chaos. Pool looked like it needed cleaning - no jets running, so we didn't use it. This was one of our favourite stays during our 3 weeks traveling across Vietnam, and would stay again despite the noisy location, because we loved the vintage feel and how lovely the staff was.
