Because of being displaced from hurricane milton they where very accommodate for my needs I have breathing problems and had to have a delivery for an oxygen concentrator with no problems and they had it for me when I got there Thank all of the employees for a pleasant stay

We stayed at this hotel for the first 2 nights of our trip before moving to Orlando area. We chose to stay here because it is a hotel we have stayed in before and the location right next to the outlet mall is ideal for spending the day at the mall and getting over the journey from the UK. We like the fact that the hotel is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful, the included breakfast is a good way to start the day as well. We will definitely stay here again in future visits to the area.

The impressive: You won’t starve with all the dining options for every budget within walking distance. You can walk to the outlets to shop all day. Easy access to I-75 and Skyway. The hotel itself is very clean and quiet. Housekeeping staff is so pleasant. Breakfast area was stocked and clean. Bathroom toiletries were stocked and full and soaps were high-quality. The pool and deck has great cabanas and umbrella seating. The disappointing: Personality of woman at check-in was forgettable. Even though my credit card was supplied, they said they charge $10 for “incidentals” up-front. Supposedly it’s refundable (I’ll check) but when I asked about it, she looked at me and responded in a tone as if she’s used to being hassled about it. On 2 occasions, we went to the lobby for ready-brewed 24-hour coffee (we used all the room coffee) and both times, the carafe was empty. We even waited 45 minutes and checked again each night and it was still empty. The AC filters were full of lint and dust. Even though the thermostat was turned to off, it ran no matter. We would likely stay here again if it was the closest to our destination or for when one of us is left at the hotel without a car (walkable). But considering the cost, it’s clear you’re paying for those conveniences. More likely, our first choice would be a comparable hotel in either direction on 75 for a much lower cost.

My family stayed here for two nights with our dogs during hurricane Helene and they were extremely accommodating and welcoming. They are very dog friendly and it was so appreciated! 10/10 would stay again!
