Sunny, fully self contained studio apartment with magnificant ocean, beach and headland views.

The studio has quality Italian granite in the kitchen and bathroom. Wardrobes, kitchen and bathroom all made out of timber with soft close drawers. There is an oven, 4 burner cooktop plus microwave, sandwich press toaster and kettle. You also have a washer and dryer in the bathroom.
Wavebreaker is about 1 minute walk(100m )to Little Beach, set amongst 2 headlands with rock pools, surf, fishing and snorkelling.
A 5 min walk to Main Beach which is patrolled during school holidays. You can see the back of the Surf Club on the northern end of Little Beach
Scotts Head is a small coastal village (pop 700) that has a Bowling Club, surf club, friendly grocer supermarket, 2 tennis courts, cafes, butcher, bakery and a local fish man.
Locality
Half way between Sydney and Brisbane, where the coast meets the mountains.
Coffs Harbours is 1 hour drive north and Port Macquarie is 1 1/4 hr south both have regional airports.
Scotts Head has unspoilt natural coastal landscapes and is nestled between 2 National Parks. Gaagal Wanggaan (South Beach) to the north and Yarriabinni at Mount Yarrahapinni to the south and west.
Warrell Creek a heritage listed estuary backs the village.
Scotts Head is part of the Nambucca Valley.

Forster Beach extends 11 km to Nambucca river mouth excellent for beach walking, fishing, bike riding and has 4WD access
Enjoy the cafes arts and crafts of Bellingen a 40min drive
Drive or ride to Mount Yarrahapinni lookout for spectacular views.
Choose to fish, canoe/kayak, swim, walk or just laze around at the beach.
Enjoy 100km of navigable waterways within the Nambucca estuary or nearby Macleay River
