The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. There is no-one to help with my luggage, but they have carts that they provided me to take my luggage into my room. Oh yes, noteworthy to mention, I took AirPort Express bus 6004. The stop to drop is across the street, of the hotel. As I was carrying two big suitcases, it was very challenging to cross the street, my suitcases were sophisticated with wheels and I was able to handle them with very little issues. The room itself is clean and, I believe the star rating should be higher than a three. They have house shoes, and bathrobes. Two towels, regular body size towels. Nice toilet with warm seat and bidet. So many dining options, in the same building, or across the street within short distance. I want to mention a subways sandwich is about a block, a nice fast food bakery called Paris Baguette is next subway. If you want to explore, go behind subway sandwich, you will find a myriad of dining options and even street food. I particularly fell madly in love with a bakery coffee shop named May B, next to the metro. I recommend this hotel, it’s away from the touristy spots, but within a metro ride, a bus ride or an uber taxi that you can order from your uber app; pay by credit card or cash. To take the buses and metro ensure to have a T money card and load at 7-11.
