The lack of staff is very bugging. The front desk is empty all the time. The check in is very late(4pm) so if you arrive early there will be no one to help you. I also forgot my massage gun at the hotel and tried to call them. but no one answers.

Mixed bag. Location is great, and the idea of the place is kind of neat. Our first room had black mold in the shower, and lots of dust in the rest of the room. We asked for a change of rooms, but as they were completely booked for that night were not able to accommodate until the next day. This was a challenge because the front desk is not staffed 24/7, and the person did not arrive at the stated 9AM, required a phone call to the hotel manager, 3 times, in order to actually get someone to assist. The new room was clean, or at least the bathroom was not moldy; still a bit dusty. It's definitely showing it's age, but can't really beat the price.

Hotel in Gangnam, Seoul, Korea
We tried to stay at famous Gangnam area but not so much to visit around the hotel. Starfield COEX mall is not too far but not walking distance. Good thing is Airport bus stop (going to Incheon Airport) is right in front of the hotel. Clean and nice area. We ( family of 4 adults) got a suite on 17th floor which has 3 beds. The one in upstairs in only mattress on the floor ( 2 story room). Noticed some dust on the floor. Otherwise it is a very nice room.

I checked the hotel website prior to the reservation and made sure early check-in and late check-out are optional with fees per hour. When I arrived to the hotel, I couldn't find the option to check in early so I found the number at the front desk (there is no person) and called the customer support. This was April 30, 2024 at 1 pm and I spoke to a Korean speaking man since I speak Korean as well. He simply denied what I found on the website and did not offer any other option in the worst attidue I've ever seen in my life (no I'm not exaggerating here). His manner was getting worse and worse and began to raise his tone as I was asking for early check-in which was specied as available option PER THEIR WEBSITE. After going back and forth, I asked for his name and he literally said "What are you going to do with it?" and ended up not giving his name. The whole time, what he was saying was "We don't do such thing.", "What do you want?", "Did you contact us and confirm the information?", etc. At this point, I was very upset and pointing out his attitude and he said "I never raised my tone.", "I've never done it." I would never revisit this hotel and I hope everyone is aware that the hotel's website false.

Place looked good from the pictures, but upon looking in person there was much to be desired. Place was not clean, and had stains throughout the room and on curtains. Would not stay again although was reasonably priced.
