My room was not cleaned for 4 days in a row. I had to go get towels and soap. This was not the case during my previous stays. This hotel should stop advertising the gym, as all equipment have been broken since over 6 months. The staff are very professional and go above and beyond in most cases. Special Thanks to Hilary, Denis, Justin and Chrystelle

When my employes got in . They were unablw.to fond the reservatiin. Had to argue with the front desk clerk on the phone. He also asked sor a safety deposit. Witch is ok, but asked me.to fill a procuration, unacceptable. Over all poor service.

Clean and fairly quiet. It looks like the hotel is being updated incrementally - some things are obviously new, while other things will need to be replaced soon - but everything is very clean and functional.

Good place, we were there for 3 nights mixing work and pleasure. People working there were polite but not the most welcoming. TV needed an upgrade, you could barely see on the screen. Location was good with a lot of stores around.
