I rent my apartment with sea view access to the beach at 200m and direct access to the marina at the foot of the apartment.

Available throughout the year for weekly rentals, whether it is to spend your summer holidays by the sea and discover the many festivals and traditions that Sète offers, or take advantage of the spa treatments in Balarucs les Bains, this apartment is made for you.

Located in Sète on the side of the corniche in the Les Quilles district, the apartment is in a secure residence on the second floor with a private parking space and lift.

At 200 m you will have access to the 12 km of golden sandy beach, with the Thau pond in the background with many oyster and mussel productions.
The promenade of the corniche and the Lido which runs along its beaches, offers you a beautiful pedestrian promenade as well as a cycle path.

During the summer period several restaurants / cocktail bars are installed on the beaches and many activities are present there.

Apartment for up to 4 adults and 2 children, it is fully equipped and has a living room with equipped kitchen and flat screen TV, the dining area offers a magnificent view of the sea.

You have a room with 1 double bed, you can add 1 cot available in the trunk of the double bed.
The living room has a sofa bed for 2 people and in the corridor is installed a bunk bed offering several storage cupboards.

Washing machine of 3kg at your disposal, the apartment is equipped with a portable air conditioner.

In the kitchen you can enjoy a traditional coffee maker and a "Senseo" coffee maker, the kitchen is fully equipped so you don't have to plan anything.
