It is a clean and quiet hotel in a average neighborhood. How ever it is very close to Sha Tin center and most can do a lots like shopping, dinning and be able to connect to Metro transportation system. The front desk and other staff are very friendly. It is not a upscaled or fancy hotel but it is the top at its charged room price.

We try and stay at this property each time we visit HK as it is central to the new territories and family. We were given an free upgrade which was very much appreciated. The extra space and extra bed was very welcoming. As you know, pounding the city every day takes it toll, so having a comfy sleep is great! Staff were wonderful and helpful. Check in and check out was very easy. We ate breakfast around the back of the property. Plenty of different cusine to choose from. See you again next year!

Almost all staff didn't speak or understand English. Toilet plumbing wouldn't flush and even overflowed onto the floor. Told front desk and they left it flooded until our checkout. We told them 10 hours before checkout and they said they'll fix after we leave. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!

the location is very good for business purposes. the staff were not friendly to approach, and the shower system was horrible. had a very tough time dealing with a damaged shower. Overall all stay was good.
