This stunning beachfront property is located directly opposite the pristine waters of Shoal Bay, with a private rooftop entertaining area boasting a built-in stainless steel BBQ, sun lounges and a dining setting where you can relax, dine and enjoy the Port Stephens lifestyle with breathtaking views of Tomaree Mountain National Park and the sparkling waters of Shoal Bay.

The newly updated apartment offers an air-conditioned, open-plan lounge and dining with a fully equipped kitchen including all modern stainless steel appliances. The living area leads out to another private, covered balcony on the main level of the apartment with a dining setting, perfect for alfresco meals. Additionally, WiFi is available

There are 2 bedrooms, each with balcony access and built-in robes. The air-conditioned master bedroom also features a king bed, ceiling fan and en-suite, while the 2nd bedroom has a 2 single beds or can be a Queen bed. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate bath, and there is an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. This property has secure underground parking for 2 cars, with lift access to the main floor of your apartment only. (please note that the rooftop terrace is accessed only via internal stairs)

Holidaying opposite Shoal Bay Beach means that if you wish, you can park the car and forget about it because everything you need for a fabulous beach holiday is within walking distance. There is your choice of beaches to swim at including the crystal clear, calm bay waters just metres from your door, plenty of water activities including kayak or stand up paddle board hire (availability is seasonal-based) , the public wharf, a boat ramp to launch the jet-ski, bike and walking trails, BBQ and picnic facilities along the foreshore, and a multitude of cafes, shops and restaurants along the foreshore, including the popular Game Fishing Club and Country Club Hotel. Great location & loved our stay but had an issue with the garage door and when we called strata the lady was so rude. Absolutely uncalled for otherwise everything else was amazing.

Property’s tidy and nice but the overall cleanliness is terrible.
Property’s tidy and nice but the overall cleanliness is terrible. Floor has foot stain/ watermarks and sticky. Rooftop is terribly dirty, floor is so dirty, benchtop and outdoor tables full of thick dust. Kitchen cutleries (supposed to be ready to use) have food marks/stains like butter on the knives and spoons. Toilet on the ensuite has smear We need to clean everything before we enjoyed using the property. However, bed was already made and the location of the property is exceptional. Lucky we are able to use the jacuzzi too. Please improve your cleaning of the property as guest expects high as you claimed it to be a luxury apartment stay.

Very disappointing as very unclean apartment !
Difficult to access key from container. Apartment very dirty. Couldn’t use outdoor areas as filthy. Couldn’t use spa as full of sand and hair. Would not even attempt to use the Bbq ! Mould in both showers. Microwave full of exploded cheese and smelt so bad. And had not been cleaned ! Lounge room pillows had stains on them and lots of sand in the lounge. We had to buy our own cleaning products to clean, so we actually felt ok to stay here. Dishwasher drawer is broken. Trucks every morning at 6.30 collecting garbage outside bedroom doors. I could go on ... obviously very disappointed with this property for the price we have paid.
