First impressions are important, and the first ones I got were terrible. First, my check in was “expedited” due to the ongoing virus outbreak, leaving the front desk to miss out even giving me the wifi password. Second, one of the 2 beds had a lot of dead bugs in it. Fortunately, traveling solo meant I never needed to walk to that side of the room. Third, the shower head was spewing water from the top of the shower rather than though the head that it was supposed to. Finally, breakfast the next day took near 30 mins to get to me, despite there being no one else around.
Yes, the room was comfortable enough, but for its price and status as a 4 star hotel, I expected much much more.
