I like the bathroom, it’s a good size and the bedroom is clean but it’s some mosquitoes. I got some bits.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Would consider this to be a fairly average hotel. The location was good as it was close to where you can get the ferry to the islands.
The room was large with a comfortable bed. The staff were nice and the breakfast adequate.
The hotel states there is a gym, however, the equipment doesn't work.
There is a hotel being built next door so there is construction noise and a lot of dust, however, the whole area is one big construction site and leaves little to be desired.
Considering the surrounding area, the hotel is ok.
The hotel itself was fine. The best things about it were the staff, who were lovely, and the pool. The restaurant was also quite good. On the downside I think it's a bit expensive, when compared similar hotels in Cambodia. I thought Sihanoukville itself was terrible! The city is currently a giant construction site. The construction work went on throughout the night and the noise was so bad that I could not sleep without earplugs. The city is dirty and the roads are so bad that I could not even take a day trip to Otres beach. It might be nice once all the construction is finished, but avoid for now!
Poroperty is good , and faciilities adequate. Nice facade window design.
Unfortunately due to many constructions of large projects around the hotel, the roads are dusty, and muddy when large amount of water is use to reduce dust. Also plenty of flies around . and heavy vehicles parked and noisy.
I will not recommend this property until most of the major constructions are completed. Location near the beach is excellent however.
My bed was full of bed bugs, they couldn’t updgtade my room as the hotel was fully booked. They simple gave me another bed sheet and said put that on top
beauftiful, clean and spacious room, good breaktfast/rich options, nice pool, helpful staff, good location for beach, ferry, food and shops. strongly recomend to bring some earplugs, 24/7 construction sites next to hotel (as everywhere in sihanoukville)
we needed to stay a night in Sihanoukville so we could get to Hà Tiên this place was perfect, literally a 5 minute walk from the pier to hotel, room was huge and the bathroom too, had bath and shower, bed was comfy and there’s a big selection for breakfast too. If I need to do the same trip I’d stay here again definitely
If you are coming here for diving , this hotel provides an oasis of sanity in the dusty, noisy construction zone that is Sihanoukville. It is very close to the 2 main dive shops. The hotel is clean and hospitable. The buffet breakfast good. The inside swimming pool a cool break from the crowded beach ( especially crowded when the huge tour ships visit).
Our room smelled awful and the room was dirty. Our toilet had dirty water in it the first time we used it.
Musty and gross rooms.
We were doing to stay here a second night but cancelled and booked a new hotel instead! The pictures look nice but DO NOT STAY HERE!
The hote is close to the Pier, that I think is the only real plus point.
The breakfast was really bad, although the room was large, they started tiling work at 8am in the morning.
The staff were helpful with our ferry booking.
Extremely run down hotel and expensive for what it is.
Beds were really uncomfortable and there was mold in the shower.
A great disappointment considering the high price you pay.
What I like about this hotel is the good water pressure and the strong air conditioning. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Wifi is working well too. Breakfast is substantial with changes to the main menu for the three mornings that I was here.
Paid for a pool view room and got a “twist your neck for a pool view” room. The windows were barely facing the pool and you have to move around furniture to really open the windows. The rooms has musty weird smells, similar to barber shop and everything was collecting dust, the air con. was fixed at 18C and the only option was to either have it on and freeze or off and die in heat. The whole property is in state of dispair and needs a big overhaul along with staff training to count as a decent stay. And one more thing, no hot water in the bath tub for some reason.
Noisy neighbors down the hall and the room was by the elevator. It was like someone was ringing the door bell every 20 minutes. Breakfast was ok, cold.
I was first taken to a room that stunk of Chinese cigarettes. Upon requesting a different room (non snoking) I then got a better room however it smelt musty and damp and the ceiling in the bathroom leaked when it rained heavily. The mattress was awful, I could feel every spring in it! The floor was sandy and dirty. The shower head was the worst I’ve ever used, only half of the ‘rainfall’ shower head worked and of that half, there were patches/streams of boiling water and patches/streams of freezing cold water.
Just over night stay made the most terrible experience. 2 twin beds in the room were not same bed. One was ok but the other one was just wood. The given room was not cleaned up rather looks like they gave away the used room. Noisy ridiculous people were like shouting in the hallway for hours. The worst part is that on the day of check out i found myself got bitten up like mor than hundred bites from bedbugs i suppose.
Definitely the worst place i have ever been.
